Consent Form

The consent form is an essential part of the coursework as it provides evidence that the attendees of the focus group actually connect to the focus group and aren't being pressured into contributing. The connect form contains information on exactly what we are going to do and ask, and how we would then use the footage to post it on a public blogging website (called blogger) and it has the potential to be viewed by any one who pleases.
